I had the chance to shop in some Kiko stores in Italy (half of my family is Italian), in Paris (when I visit my grandmom aka Bonne-Maman, and on their website, since no Kiko store is near where I live.
Each time I was amazed by the quantity of different products they had !! The colors were incredible ! I had no idea where to start. And since I wasalways quite in a hurry, I had to make quick decisions.
Enough with the talking, here's what I got from the 3 times I shopped at KIKO :
As a dupe of the famous Beauty Blender, the blue make-up sponge is great : for 5,95€ your foundation is evenly applied on your skin, with no marks, and looks very natural ! I use the base for the foundation on my face, and the top for the concealer on my under eye area.
The use is the same as a beauty blender : humidify the sponge, squeeze off the excess water, and dap onto your skin :)
Now for the lipsticks :
Luscious Cream - Creamy Lipstick in n°500 Shell Rose : a beautiful nude with light pink undertones. It has a glossy finish but has good pigmentation.
Make sure you put a chapstick (baume à lèvres) under because it can accentuate dried lips (the evil little cracks).
Smart Lipstick - rich & nourishing, in n°912 Crimson Red : a creamy, pigmented & longlasting raspberry red ! What is there more to say... It goes perfectly with the lipliner I'll show you below.
Furthermore, I really like the smell of these lipsticks...! It's not overwhelming, just a light scent. I don't know how to describe them, a vanilla gourmet scent maybe :)

And now into the lip and eyeliner pencils :
The eye pencil is a pretty purple color, that you can use as an eyeliner or on the line of the bottom lashes. I got it on sale for less than 3€, how cool is that ?!
I usually don't use lipliner pencils, but this fuchsia color blends in perfectly with the raspberry red lipstick hereabove ! It's very longlasting and not overdrying.
I also got it on sale, for about 2€ so it's really worth it !!
Now for the nail polishes (you can never get enough of'em right?!)
Price (2,50€) + amazing colors + lasting power = KIKO Nail Lacquer !
- Nail lacquer N°362 Poppy Red : exaclty as the name says : a beautiful poppy color (coquelicot) ! With only one coat you're good to go ! But I prefer 2 coats, to make the color more intense and last longer (around 1 week or more !)
- Limited Edition Celebration nail lacquer in n°20 : a pretty cream color, with peach/pink undertones. Here's an article about it :)
- Nail lacquer N°330 Lilac : a pastel violet color (lilas, lavende pastel), beautiful on tanned skin !
Negative point : they are quite long to dry.
But I have a little trick : put your hands in cold water for 30 secondes or so, the nail polish won't be completely dry but it does help dry faster !
